So I can marry my Public Management teacher. Because I am so in love with her right now, it only seems right.
Why you ask?
I don't have to take the final. Nope. After writing a reaction paper, five case studies, two journal article reviews, doing three group presentations AND writing a 42 page mid-term I am exempt from the final due to my grade...
At the end of class she calls out my name with about seven other people. Tells us she's missing something from our coursework. We're all thinking "what could we be missing?" and we're all confused and wondering. So we gather round. She looks at us and says "you're all missing something. The same thing actually. The final. But you all have A averages. So you don't have to take it".
Seriously, you would have thought she had given us winning lottery tickets. We all started jumping up and down and hugging each other and saying thank you over and over.
It was a good night. So one class is down, I'm finishing the final for another tomorrow night, and writing my final paper for a third this weekend (due Monday). Then all next week from Monday to Thursday night I'm writing my final for ethics. And then the entire week after *that* I'm writing my final paper for ethics. And then. I'm. DONE.
I think... I might just... I don't want to jinx myself but I'm pretty sure I'm going to end up with all A's. And that will be pretty freaking amazing considering everything that's gone on this semester.
For now though, it's off to bed. I'm all full of gooey gratefulness and happy relief bubbles :)
... because my life is important enough to be documented in post sized portions.

Dancing in Hallways, or Wanting to be Done with Finals
This picture represents the last time I went out and didn't have to worry about being in bed early enough to get up and study all day the next day. It was March 13th. It is now April 24th. That's a long time when you're a busy gal with no responsibilities other than to go out and have fun in between work and school :)
But, my finals are over May 15th. And you know what happens May 15th-17th?
Wildflower Festival. Three days of music, food, friends, fun. Hotel rooms overlooking the stage, shared amongst friends. Sunny days, tank tops, smelling like sunblock and outside- it's going to be great. My grand coming out.
For now though, I have to go maintain this 4.0 I've accidentally stumbled upon.

The Reverend is In
So, I got ordained on Tuesday, and officiated my friend's wedding on Saturday. Ta-da! My name is on a marriage license, on its way to the country clerk.
And it's all legal.
Anyone want my services? I hear the J.P. charges $75... I'll getcha married for $50 ;)

Take THAT Midterms!
So, after 35 hours of reading/researching/studying/writing, which produced 55 pages between two midterms over ten days, which also included 40 hours of work and 12 hours of class and a few hours at the gym, oh and a cousin coming in for a weekend family trip...
I made A's. High A's. On both of them. Now I just have to keep working this hard for the next 5 weeks, and I might... actually... end up with a 4.0. Taking 4 grad classes. And working full time. My goal was a 3.0, so this might be completely awesome. Anyway. I'm off to go to work, and clean my house, and do laundry, and clean my car. And myself, since I just came from yoga.
I'm so excited for the summer, and the end of this semester!
